Automatic Tempering Machines Model LTA
Models Available are 300, 600, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000 Kgs per hour.
The tempering machines model LTA 300 / 3000 are compact units, easy to install and perfect for the tempering process for small and also for big chocolate industries.
The tempering process is realized by a vertical column where special scrappers are installed, which generates high power of shearing, to accelerate crystallization of the mass. The homogenous distribution of the stable crystals and automatic control of the capacity is resulting in a constant tempering level.
Constructed in rigid carbon steel structure, protected by primary paint in Epoxi and final paint in polyurethane enamel.
Tempering column constructed in modular disks with individual water chamber, assembled one over the other forming the column. In each disk (called tempering disks) is a turbo scrapper installed. All scrappers are motioned by a central axle, tractioned by one single motor reducer brand SEW.
Water circuits for tempering:
There are 03 water circuits in the tempering machine, each one with a different function.
1st Circuit for heating of the mass. Its function is to homogenize the temperature of the mass at the first disks of the tempering column.
2nd Tempering Circuit. As the name says, its function is to provide the necessary thermic chock to the mass for the tempering process.
3rd Homogenizing Circuit. Its function is to homogenize the temperature of the mass at the exit of the tempering machine, rising the temperature of the mass in 1ºC. This circuit serves also to keep the temperature of the tubulation of the tempering machine till the consumer.
All these items are protected by a body of plates in stainless steel AISI 304 with brushed finishing, which forms a closed unit with access from all sides.
Observation: The hydraulic flow sheet is Limaq-pattern.
All models are available with or without PLC-control at clients option.
Important:
The LTA-machines without PLC have manual controls on a panel, which have to be individually controlled, while the PLC controlled machines have full electronic commands.
